It Holds!
I use this to curl my hair. I put my hair up in pony tail on top of my head, I use a scrunchy so it does not hold to tight. I wet my hair and I put one curler on the top of my head, the next day I have great curl! So easy. love the size, makes softer curls.

Almost too long for my hair but these should be perfect when it grows longer.
Greatest rollers in the universe!
I love using them and have not been finding them locally for a while. I have fairly thick hard that goes down to mid shoulder. I put my hair up in a loose ponytail using a stretchy cloth type of hair tie. I divide my hair into 3 sections, dampen with<br />water and roll each section up. The result is large soft curls that I get lots of compliments on. Just make sure that after washing and drying your hair you use a curling iron with some hairspray like Paul Mitchell to give your hair some extra body before using th

Great for curly hair that doesnt have a pretty natural curl
I have gorgeous hair, when it is styled. I have long curly/wavy hair that does not have a pretty curl pattern — usually dries frizzy with some curls and some waves and does not look very nice. My usual routine was to let it air dry and then use a curling iron to tame it. Now I let it air dry to about 50-75% dry, then use these rods to dry to 90% then take them out and I have to say my hair looks soooo good. Zero heat. More natural-looking than taking the curling iron to it. Took some time to figure out how to use them properly so there is a learning curve there but very very worth it. Although these are comfortable when you have them in, I did not find them comfortable enough to sleep in.
